New Liberty Baptist Church has been reflecting Christ and impacting lives on a journey of compassion in Garland, Texas, since 1955.
The reach
For decades, the church had been a vibrant gathering place for hundreds of families, with Sunday services often welcoming around 650 people. In 2022, the congregation took a hopeful step forward by bringing in Brother Matt Gholson, united around a shared desire to grow and strengthen their future. Together, they set out to recapture the original vision and momentum that had launched the church 70 years earlier—and to reintroduce themselves to their local community in Garland.
The win
New Liberty and ArtSpeak collaborated to create an energized brand that repositioned the church as “Garland’s biggest fans.” Visuals that pop with bright colors, kinetic patterns, and bright photography highlight their new focus to “make faith contagious through vibrant joy” and help people in Garland find fresh hope for their future in a loving community.
