This giveaway is sponsored by ArtSpeak Creative, St. Charles, Missouri (“Sponsor”).
Promotion Period
The giveaway is open during Exponential Global 2026, held March 16–19, 2026.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older, and
Are registered attendees of Exponential Global 2026, and are physically present at the conference at the time of entry and at the time the winner is announced.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of ArtSpeak Creative are not eligible to participate.
No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by completing the official digital giveaway entry form, available via QR code or other promotional materials provided by ArtSpeak Creative during Exponential Global 2026.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or incomplete entries may be disqualified.
Winner Selection & Announcement
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
The winner will be announced at the conclusion of the conference on March 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. ET / 10:00 a.m. CT.
Requirement to Be Present
To win and receive the prize:
The selected winner must be present at the conference at the time of the announcement, and the selected winner must claim and pick up the prize in person at the ArtSpeak Creative booth or a designated location immediately following the announcement.
If the selected winner is not present or does not claim the prize at that time, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Prize
The prize consists of one (1) Apple iPad (exact model and approximate retail value to be determined). The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitution will be offered, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow ArtSpeak Creative to use their name, likeness, and conference affiliation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Marketing Communications
By entering this giveaway, you agree to receive follow-up communications from ArtSpeak Creative related to its services, resources, and events. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time.
Data & Privacy
Information collected through the entry form will be used for administering the giveaway and may be used for follow-up communication related to ArtSpeak Creative. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties unrelated to the promotion.
General Conditions
ArtSpeak Creative reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Exponential Global, its organizers, or the conference venue.
By participating, entrants release ArtSpeak Creative from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
