ArtSpeak Creative is a creative agency for life-changers, and we’re looking for a Marketing Copywriter to join our team! We are creatives who love the Church, specializing in consulting, branding, web, and marketing. 


About this role

The goal of the Social Media Manager is to partner with the ArtSpeak team to ideate, create, publish, and evaluate social media content for assigned projects & clients.


What you’ll do:

  • Ideate innovative content that aligns with client/project goals & messaging that is mindful of current best practices and trends per social platform (primarily Instagram & Facebook)
  • Form Content Strategies that are
    • Mindful of client/project hours + ArtSpeak resources
    • Empowers ArtSpeak teams & clients/projects to plan ahead & remain flexible
  • Persistent growth in knowledge of what it takes to generate & publish effective social media content per platform
  • Ensure all social media content is scheduled & published without errors and on schedule
  • Work with Strategists & Consultants to align content & link analytics to client/project goals
  • Work with Project Managers & Art Directors/Designers to generate content to be scheduled in a timely manner per client/project
  • Maintain infectious mindset of keeping social media fun, accessible, and viable for clients/projects as well as the ArtSpeak team

  • You get excited about diving deep into what makes churches, organizations, and brands unique—and how you can help them leverage their strengths to reach more people 
  • You are optimistic about how you can use your passion, skills, and talents to help others 

Ideal experience: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing for a company, as a freelancer, or for a church 
  • Worked on a church staff or as a high-level volunteer with a church in the past
  • Cultural knowledge and experience related to the local American church—its varieties and ministries 

*Candidates should be prepared to show a portfolio of past work
